I can confirm this bug with the following configuration:

• Thinkpad R40 w/ ATI Radeon Mobility M7 (AGP)
• XUbuntu 12.04.01 with kernel 3.2.0-30-generic #48-Ubuntu SMP

I doubt it's exactly the same bug (this one should be fixed since 2.6.37?), so it would be better to track your problem in a separate report.

Please provide the dmesg output corresponding to your problem, but please attach files instead of pasting them in comments.
