I also had the not able to find bios rom error. line and also those other lines which i pasted.
The unable to find bios errors can be ignored on your system they print on just about every system. They are only a problem when the driver is not able to load. The driver is able to eventually find the rom and load successfully on your system. The VM faults are a different issue.
