--- Comment #3 from Andy Furniss adf.lists@gmail.com --- I found today by luck that this issue does not exist if there are 2 displays alive when I boot. The second display being an HDMI TV, which as it's not me using it I --off with xrandr after startx - but I can't then get UVD usage to break powerplay in this senario.
