Not using Windows or smooth scrolling myself, I'm just not sure how smooth it's supposed to be. Don't worry, I'm not arguing there's no problem, just making suggestions that might improve your experience.

I've tried it in a notebook that has both intel and amd graphics. On intel smooth scrolling even at heavy sites works really good. A bit offtopic. How do i use amd gpu in such notebook and are you planing to add some gui to switch between gpus and choose what programms to run with which gpu?
