I've found this to be a little inconsistent. Why does the cmdbuf_mem have the _mem suffix, but not the target field? Given that this will eventually be used by userspace software once merged it will be fixed forever. I had noticed the same for the in-kernel structures but didn't think it important enough to hold up the patches. In this case I think we should make them consistent, though.
