Output of "dmesg -w" (full)

Full output of "dmesg -w", recorded by running "dmesg -w > filename.txt". It
includes the dmesg log of the entire session, up until the crash occurs and the
monitor turns off. My issue looks very related to yours, so I felt it would
make sense to also publish this here.
