sapphire nitro r7 370 4gb lspci -vnn output

I'm on ubuntu 16.04 (can't use the fglrx driver anymore) and I have been trying
the most recent kernels, but I think the SAPPHIRE NITRO R7 370 4GB still
suffers from this bug.
