amdgpu has TearFree and VariableRefresh (no LCD support though) enabled. Dual-screen with 2 60 fps, VA and TN, 1080p LCDs, recently overclocked to ~73 and ~72 fps via CVT-1.2 lines on both Linux and Windows.
