dmesg capture

Logged this problem against 4.13.2. Started up an accelerated program (game)
and with in seconds the screen went black.

In the attached dmesg output the amdgpu emits a timeout *ERROR*, but I was
unable to recover the session/switch DPM parameters to force recovery.
