Does only disabling page flipping also avoid the problem?
Not from what I can tell.
Option "EnablePageFlip" "off"
results in
[ 35496.178] (II) AMDGPU(0): KMS Pageflipping: disabled
obvious stuttering is still present with TearFree on.
