--- Comment #36 from Adam (magicmyth@magicmyth.com) --- I've run into this issue now when moving a Radeon RX 580 card into a Intel Z77 system with a 2500K. The same card has worked perfectly with DC enabled on AMD B350 and X470 motherboards. It is only this Asus P8Z77-V LX motherboard that has demonstrated the issue. I tested with both Legacy and UEFI boot modes with the same result.

The testing has been done with both Linux 5.3 and 5.4 kernels from Ubuntu.
