I think I have similar issue with Unigine Heaven 3.0 : http://people.freedesktop.org/~vlj/00002.jpg http://people.freedesktop.org/~vlj/00003.jpg A webgl demo that has the issue too is at http://www.findyourwaytooz.com/ It appeared with Kernel 3.8 too. Kernel 3.7.9 did have this. With a previous Mesa there was the same kind of issue with Lightmark, but with latest mesa it is gone ; maybe the remaining corruption is related to compressed textures ?
