radeonsi doesn't work without LLVM, so R600_LLVM=1 doesn't have any effect with it. OTOH I'd expect it to be affected by any issues like this affecting r600g with R600_LLVM=1.
Then I'm closing it. If someone hits it, he will reopen it.
