After disconnecting HDMI corruption does not disappear. Switching to console (ALT+CTRL+F1) does not fix corruption. However switching back to X (ALT+CTRL+F7) fixes the corruption.
One more interesting thing: DFP1 seems to be disconnected all the time according to xrandr: DFP1 disconnected (normal left inverted right x axis y axis)
