This is only to print an error and I think that devm_clk_get will print a warning if the clk is not found. I guess that you can just remove the dev_err print logic, here and below.
I didn't follow all the paths, but at least devres_alloc in devm_clk_get isn't able to alloc the memory, it will silently return -ENOMEM. So I think it is OK to print an error message here.
