Just an update on this. If I recompile the kernel forcing
CONFIG_CC_STACKPROTECTOR_NONE == none I don't have the panic anymore (of
course) but I can still see the corruption at boot (and weird artifacts on
plymouth). The logs are shown in the attachment.
