BREAKTHROUGH!
OpenCL works. Kinda. Tried the following kernel: __kernel void add(__global const uint *a, __global const uint *b, __global uint *c){ c[0]=1; } Complicated operations such as addition, memory loads, getting global ID, etc. fail with Cannot select errors. I have no idea if this has worked with earlier LLVM/mesa.
After the kernel is run, the 0-th element of c is equal to 1. I've attached full source code and outputs for various kernels.
