Made a bisect, it took me about 10 day for it wooh... :) You can see show HEAD and log in attachment.

But have you tried running any 'newer' kernel with
git revert 1a81b94 (c6x: remove unused parameter in Kconfig)?
When it works, there is a real starting point.
