Thanks for your effort so far.

I have two monitors connected so I get a picture, but the error also occurs if
only the NEC monitor is connected.

The NEC monitor is connected directly with DP and the second monitor is
connected with a DP->DVI Adapter.

I think it has somehow to do with the NEC as other monitors work fine.
