I think dpm won't be enabled per default for 3.13 on hd3XXX...

The boot bug is a real big problem. Sometimes it works two or three times,
sometimes it takes three tries for a success. Also waking up from suspend
doesn't work all the time.

Catalyst is broken with Gnome Shell 3.10... What a suprise.

Real good experience at the moment with ATI/AMD! :-)
