Read that DPM is coming to 3.13.
The issue is still not fixed however.

Any info on this? Is there a chance that it will ever get fixed?
( I followed the conversation but so far it seemed Alex wasn't able to track
down the issue, and could only apply workarounds that literally disable the
whole power management. )
