Please note: This is a bug report from an enduser. Endusers aren't able to git bisect. They use the distributions for their daily work. I don't have these graphics cards so I can't bisect it ether.
If the end user can't build kernels, then the distribution should coordinate with the end user to provide pre-built kernels at appropriate revisions and do the (effective) bisect that way.
(And if the end user can build kernels, then they can certainly bisect.)
