'ls -al /' tells me:
[...]
lrwxrwxrwx.   1 root root    7 16. Aug 2014  lib -> usr/lib
lrwxrwxrwx.   1 root root    9 16. Aug 2014  lib64 -> usr/lib64
[...]

So /lib should be just a symbolic link to /usr/lib in Fedora 22.

If you need any other data/logs of my system, just tell it!
