If it will, can I simply grab apitrace git master (i.e. including https://github.com/apitrace/apitrace/commit/edc099cff55a6a3f9ad191acfbc8cc39f36228db ), or do I also need to apply the patch mentioned in https://github.com/apitrace/apitrace/issues/407#issuecomment-166619366 on top of that? (that patch was not pushed to git).
