3870/RV670 - dmesg manually loading radeon

I'm also having the issue on a 3870/RV670 using Sept4 drm-next (d30645ae from
Ubuntu's mainline builds) and previous builds.

Disabling radeon.aspm=0 also didn't help.  My machine is accessible via SSH so
I can do further debugging.
