I have no idea, sorry. It seems like we have almost settled with the binding (clock-name needs to be changed), but I'm not responsible for any merging/inclusions in the kernel.
I want to use this in the Tegra DRM driver which I hope to get into 3.8. If you need any help with this, please let me know.
