[PATCH] drm/amdgpu: Allow reading more status registers on si/cik

hello,

this patch adds some registers to the list of allowed registers. It is based on commit c7890fea. I have added any register that is defined for each architecture. I'm interested only to mmSRBM_STATUS{,2} but I think it is good to have more coherency between architectures.

Not sure if KMS_DRIVER_MINOR need to be increased, but it seems to be as it was written in version 3.1.0.

This patch was tested only for cik on KAVERI, other architectures are untested, but it compiles fine.
