I tested with a shorter DP cable but the error still occurs. I don't think it
is a cable/hardware problem as the same hardware with kernel parameter dc=0
works just fine.

I tried a Ubuntu 18.04 live stick but it didn't boot. Tomorrow I can try a
18.10 livestick.
