[PATCH v10 39/40] FOR_TEST: i915/Kconfig: Select mei_hdcp by I915

FOR TESTING PURPOSE ONLY.

By default INTEL_MEI_HDCP is set to y. This patch is created to test the interface between I915 and MEI_HDCP.
