It's probably not much to go on, but I was able to capture a kernel/xen boot log over serial. Unfortunately it doesn't look like a backtrace (or any indication of a problem) was able to be captured. AFAICT all logging just stops after line 388.

Regardless, the captured bootlog should be attached with hopes that it may be helpful
