For me P4_8x16 config fixed this issue.

$ sudo dmesg | egrep 'RAM width|OLAND' [ 1.670667] [drm] initializing kernel modesetting (OLAND 0x1002:0x6613 0x174B:0xE266 0x00). [ 2.754782] [drm] RAM width 128bits GDDR5
