--- Comment #3 from Alexander Richardson arichardson.kde@gmail.com --- I have now upgraded to Mesa 10.0.2 and it is MUCH better. Freeze only happens very rarely now. Maybe some unrelated change made a race condition that causes this very unlikely. Sadly still don't have the time to bisect the kernel.
