--- Comment #37 from Clément Guérin (libcg@protonmail.com) --- An improved version of this patch landed in linux 5.6. I've been running GTA IV with 5.6-rc1, this game is a total stutterfest but the luminance flickering was minimal. It's good enough that I consider this issue fixed.
