Firefox and other elements sometimes present artifacts, and as Reimar suggests with kernel 4.8 it doesn't happen. RX460 on Opensuse 42.2. It seams like some sort of memory corruption, my worst fear is that maybe this is a defective hardware. What brand is your rx460? I have a rx460 Gigabyte Windforce OC edition.
