Here's my environment:

Monitor: - dell p4317q (Quad display Monitor) - Aside from the above, I have also tested on 4 separate monitors.

Connectors: - Display -> HDMI (Brand: Ivanky) - Display -> HDMI (Brand: Ivanky) - Display -> Mini Display (Brand: Ivanky) - Display -> Display (Brand: Ivanky)

Desktop: - Dell Optiplex Xe3

- No laptops or special adaptors are used
