please consider merging these image converter fixes for v5.4, which avoid image degradation due to intermediate downscaling in some tiled conversions and fix 1:1 conversions that are multiples of the hardware tile size. This also adds RGBX and BGRX format support now that these are defined for V4L2, and there is a patch to remove a leftover line from the Makefile.
