Comment # 16 on bug 71930 from Mike Lothian

Switching back to airlied's drm-radeon-poweroff branch which is based on
3.11-rc3 (which doesn't show my radeon card as a provider) has the following in
switcheroo

0:DIS: :DynOff:0000:01:00.0
1:IGD:+:Pwr:0000:00:02.0

and this is what is shows with runpm=0 but with this set I'm able to see my
radeon card as a provider
