Certainly. It looks like the intention is to prevent the monitors from entering power saving mode.
I turned DPMS off in Xorg config which leaves the issue unchanged. Is this to be expected?
I'll open a ticket for the issue on the Wine tracker, but I'd still be happy to try out any patch for Xorg or kernel.
