I am closed all GPU DMA engine. R600_DMA=nodma.

That should be R600_DEBUG=nodma.

but the GPU CP is locked 

What did you try running when this happened?

This time the ring index is 3. it isa DMA_INDEX_RING 

Please attach the full dmesg from after the lockup.
