Changelog-v3:
- Re-add lockdep non-preemptibility checks on seqcount_t write paths. They were removed from v2 due to the circular dependencies mentioned.
- Slight rebase over the new v5.8-rc1 KCSAN seqlock.h changes
- Collect seqcount_t call-sites acked-by tags
