In addition, this is what happens to the levels of "brightness" and
"actual_brightness" before and after sleep on amd-staging-drm-next:

Before sleep:
actual_brightness: 12141 brightness: 102
After sleep:
actual_brightness: 0 brightness: 102

On 4.20-rc5 or 4.19 actual_brightness is not at 0 after resume from suspend.
