I also noticed this problem and already contacted Kenneth about the problem. I also included a possible fix for this (attached glcpp.patch), but I'm not completly sure if that's the right way to do it.

This fixes the issue, Thanks. Tobias' patch was committed as "glsl: Fix parallel build." in [1].
