This issue is not present in 4.20.7. It does not happen every time, but will happen for me consistently over a days usage. Not present at all on 4.20.7.

Also ignore the kernel name being 5.0.0-rc5amd-staging-drm-next+. I had set a static kernel suffix and didn't change it when I recompiled.
