drm/psr: Fix missed entry in PSR setup time table.
to the 4.16-stable tree which can be found at: http://www.kernel.org/git/?p=linux/kernel/git/stable/stable-queue.git;a=summ...
The filename of the patch is: drm-psr-fix-missed-entry-in-psr-setup-time-table.patch and it can be found in the queue-4.16 subdirectory.
If you, or anyone else, feels it should not be added to the stable tree, please let stable@vger.kernel.org know about it.

Entry corresponding to 220 us setup time was missing. I am not aware of any specific bug this fixes, but this could potentially result in enabling PSR on a panel with a higher setup time requirement than supported by the hardware.
I verified the value is present in eDP spec versions 1.3, 1.4 and 1.4a.
