export LIBGL_ALWAYS_INDIRECT=true

to the runSalome script.

Also, the problem doesn't happen in all files; probably an issue if there is a vertice at the 0,0,0 coordinate, in association with the Mesa: User error: GL_INVALID_ENUM in glIsEnabled(0xb72) Mesa: User error: GL_INVALID_ENUM in glEnable(0xb72) errors
