I am no longer experiencing the problem, but since this bug still gets new people CC'd to it from time to time I presume that the problem still occurs for some configurations (though not mine). If this is indeed the case then perhaps one of those people should speak up now; I myself no longer experience the issue so I'm afraid I can't be of much use any more.
