1. Select low graphics quality 2. Restart game 3. Enable tessellation in game settings 4. Restart game 5. Start the benchmark from game menu 6. The benchmark title screen is showing white flickering pixels on Talion's leather baldric

I can't reproduce the issue as well. It was still there just a few weeks ago.
I will do a more thorough check later today and close this issue if the problem is no longer there.
