System information: Mainline kernel 5.2.0-rc2 Mesa 19.1.0_rc4 Card Radeon VII Monitors LG 24UD58-B via DP
When using only one monitor, then everything works fine. But when using two, the system starts to hang and try reset gpu.

--- Comment #3 from Steffen Schröter (steffen@vexar.de) --- I can confirm this bug, using kernels 5.1 or higher with two DP monitors connected leaves me unable to boot. Disconnecting one monitor makes it work as expected.
If i boot with a single monitor and then plug in the second one after booting the system crashes with graphical corruption.
On older kernels everything works fine.
