That's very unlikely to be directly related to the message in the title of this report. Please file a bug at https://bugs.freedesktop.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=Mesa , component Drivers/Gallium/radeonsi .

P.S. Cesko, if you could change the title of this report to something like '[drm:radeon_get_bios] *ERROR* Unable to locate a BIOS ROM', that might help prevent others from incorrectly considering this report related to their problem.
