Do you mind posting the relevant portion of a dmesg log after running the following:

echo 0x52 > /sys/module/drm/parameters/debug

This will generate a ton of debug information and will likely kill your performance, but if you can reproduce the portion of the frametime graph with the red spikes and post that part of the log that would help.
